Whatcom Art Guild General Meeting

Calling all artists! The Whatcom Art Guild's monthly meeting will be held at the Bellingham Public Library on Mon. November 23 at 7:00pm. The program will be about sharing experiences of summer plein aire painting. You will learn a lot about good local painting sites and meet other artists in the community. Artists of all levels welcome.
