Grief Support Group

No cost, Drop-in Grief Support Group for those experiencing the recent death of a friend or loved one.
Everyone experiences grief from the death of a loved one sometime in his or her life. The grief process is unique to each individual, and the process “takes as long as it takes.” Participants have an opportunity to learn about the grief process, what is normal grieving, and share feelings and challenges along the journey to reconciling one's grief.
