Camp Fire Grilling
Wilderness educator Tim Flores presents a multi-dimensional grilling class featuring plank-grilled salmon, fire-roasted root vegetables, and herbed veggie skewers--all cooked on a fire started from scratch using primitive friction fire-crafting techniques. He'll share fire lore and information on sustainable wood gathering and clean air cooking practices. Tim has taught campfire cooking and fire-making for 15 years.
