Learn to use the potter's wheel to create unique designs and useful art--such as bowls, cups, and jars--in clay. Practice the basic skills of centering, throwing, trimming, and glazing pottery to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Artist Gene Lewis welcomes beginning and experienced students. Clay and glaze are provided; supply list will be sent with class receipt. Course includes a final one-hour critique session, time/date TBA in class. Registration required.
