Drones: Boon or Bane - A Seminar at the Restore

The Whatcom Co Greens are hosting the first of three presentations on drones, and the problems posed by a proliferation of unmanned aerial vehicles internationally, and in local skies. Concerns of the presenters include weaponized uses of drones by the US military and the CIA, resulting in a ruthless expansion of counterterrorism tactics at the expense of international law and ever mounting civilian casualties.
