A global revolution to end violence against women. GIRLS INC. invites everyone to rise and join award-winning activist and playwright Eve Ensler's world-wide campaign 1 Billion Rising! aimed to end violence against women and girls. Bellingham Rising! joins in solidarity at 7:00 pm on Valentine's Day 2013 with a dance of 100 women and girls of all ages, speakers, poets, and performances on stage at Bellingham High School.
