Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist Lisa Dixon will discuss ‘anti-aging foods’—those foods that keep our mind sharp and our bodies healthy. We’ll discuss some ‘beauty foods’ help to prevent those outward signs of aging. The class will include sample ‘anti-aging’ recipes and tools. Samples and handouts provided.
