Traditional Greek Meze Table with Chef Peter Belknap
Many small plates of delicious favorite Greek foods served with wine for a true taste of Greece. Class starts with traditional hummus and Tsatziki dips for fresh vegetables and toasted pita bread. This is followed by three classic vegetable dishes, Eggplant Yahni Baked with Tomatoes; Feta-Baked Cauliflower Kapama, and Fassolia Limonada, a side salad of Lemony Butter Beans. For the finale, Peter recreates his Rockfish Horiatiki.
