Seasonal Selections with Chef Jim Kowalski & Renee Stark of Noble Wines

Chef Jim will capitalize on the seasonality and locality of ingredients right here at home. His menu starts with a fresh Asparagus and Herb Risotto with cheese from Golden Glen Creamery. His next course will be Chicken Roulade, a recipe that’s delicious and infinitely interchangeable using farm-fresh veggies from Morgan Family Farms. And since strawberries are the siren of summer, Chef Jim will prepare a dessert using plump, juicy strawberries.
