Set a goal to complete a marathon distance over 31 days, a 5K every Saturday morning or log 100 total miles.

There are a ton of free and paid tracking programs apps for Android and Apple. I use the Strava app in a waterproof pouch to track paddling miles. Other options include: Strava, Endomondo, RunKeeper, Zombies, Run!, Google Fit, Apple Health
There are also specific tracking devices that work well. Most of my friend group uses Garmin, my mom is a fan of the Fitbit and of course there are the Apple products.
To log progress Go to https://pacificmultisports.com/events/cob/; Enter Registrant ID (located on your receipt under your name/address); Enter Receipt No. (located on the top right of your receipt); Follow Prompts.
It takes maybe 2 minutes to log a weeks’ worth of activity. Less if you log more consistently.
