Yoga is an integrated practice involving the body, mind, and breath.
Like a weight workout, it gives you strength.
Like meditation, it quiets you down.
Like paddling, it takes you places with joy and wonder.
Core, Hips, Shoulders
This class is set up to work on the three zones in the body where paddlers sometimes run into “issues": core, hips, and shoulders. We’ll devote one class to poses that increase mobility, and the next class to poses that increase stability. Each class will also include some relaxation and breathing techniques to help you rest up and get ready for your next adventure on the water.
