Garden to Table: All About Peas

Peas are in season and ready to be devoured! This class starts in the garden where we will admire the three different types of peas; snap, snow and shelling and discuss how to cultivate and harvest them when they have reached perfection. Then in the kitchen, we will learn how to maximize the flavor of your peas and cook up delicious dishes featuring these sweet veggies.
