An infusion is a method of preparing a brew, used in cooking or medicinally, in which dried or fresh herbs are steeped in hot water, oil or vinegar. You’ll be invited to keep a visual and written journal to help you recognize and record your personal experience with plants in your environment. Please plan to attend all classes in this session.
