The poet’s fourth book, Breakfast Lunch Dinner, serves up the flavors of Oakland’s Chinatown, infused with heart and spiced with a workingclass feminist attitude. As artist and activist, Wong’s honors include a building named after her at Oakland High School. A reception, featuring an Asian Fusion Appetizer Buffet begins at 6:00pm, followed by the reading at 7:00pm. Wheelchair accessible. Hosted by Freedom Socialist Party.
