Writing can be healing, restorative and deeply satisfying. Writing about our lives helps us express feelings and even helps us learn things about ourselves we didn’t know. Using writing exercises, we’ll explore our inner worlds. Bring your sense of curiosity, plus a pen and journal. Fine to attend all or part of this series. Please register for each session separately.
