Supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts, and the City of Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs, the concert features 20 virtuoso bagpipers, drummers, fiddlers and dancers from Canada and the United Kingdom, performing the traditional music of Scotland and Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada.
